CTS TV is television you can BELIEVE in. "Real Life with Sharon Caddy" will be bringing entertainment, fashion, food and fun to your afternoon, beginning January 8, 2007. The half-hour entertainment/lifestyle magazine program will air daily at 5:30 p.m., following CTS's afternoon sit-com lineup and leading into the very popular Michael Coren Show.

Staying healthy - that's what we'll address with our "Real Life Wellness" segments. The latest word on nutrition, exercise, health and life balance will come to you from a variety of experts, including resident fitness expert Andy Dumas who will bring you tips on how you can exercise at home, focusing on techniques including boxing fitness, strength training and the latest trend in training, "core training" which uses stability and balance to achieve overall body strength. Also, look for expert advice on nutrition, lifestyle tips and ideas on how to keep balance in your day-to-day life.

"Real Life Entertainment"

From movies to music, live theatre to some of today's hottest authors, you'll find them on "Real Life". You never know where you'll find them either. It's not just another "sit on the couch and talk" type of show.
